As a Senior Systems Administrator you will :

• Manage and resolve help desk tickets, working collaboratively with the Managed Service Provide (MSP) to address escalated issues and ensure timely support for all employees
• Oversee staff onboarding and offboarding process, including hardware / software setup, user account management
• Monitor and manage server performance, network devices, and system logs to ensure optimal operation
• Assist in managing IT projects by developing and executing detailed plans, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Support the firm's cybersecurity initiatives, including antivirus management and patch deployment
• Perform routine maintenance on hardware and software systems, including installation, reimaging, and deployment of new systems
• Provide technical training on software and hardware systems to ensure staff are equipped with the necessary skills to effectively utilize and support technology systems
• Proactively monitor system and application logs to identify and address potential issues
• Collaborate with the Director of IT to document and maintain controls over the firm's Personally Identifiable Information
• Perform other duties as assigned

Our ideal candidate will have :

• Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or a related discipline with equivalent work experience
• Minimum of five years of experience in a similar role with the ability to solve complex technical issues
• Experience in creating and managing system images for PCs
• Demonstrated expertise in at least three of the following areas :
• Server hardware
• Active Directory management
• Computer networking concepts
• Project Management
• Scripting (e.g., BAT, VBScript, VBA, PowerShell)
• PowerBI / SQL Development
• Experience training staff
• Knowledge of Microsoft’s desktop and server operating systems, email and office products
• Experience with Azure and Microsoft 365
• Knowledge of virtualization, antivirus, application delivery, and network monitoring products
• Willingness to travel to Firm offices as necessary is required
