Marketing Operations Coordinator

Make your mark. As part of Marketing’s Demand Management team, the operations coordinator will focus on lead research and qualification, lead routing, and data integrity.
The position will also support operations and projects across our Marketing Studio.

Your role.
Your work will include, but not be limited to :
- Research and analyze engaged leads to determine fit for firm services, aligned with defined ideal client profiles and criteria
- Assign and route leads tosales team, including continued coordination and follow-up communication as needed
- Document and maintain data integrity and standardization related to leads, contacts, and organizations in our firm CRM system
- Conduct and support market intelligence research,summarizing analysis fromresearch and marketing data to inform marketingstrategies
- Support team with relevant customer journey research, target list development, and lead documentation
- Assist with communications and data transferwith our telemarketing vendor, including post-campaign monitoring
- Support the operations of various Marketing Studio functions including Martech, project management, vendor procurement and invoices, and integrated marketing campaigns
The qualifications.
- Ability to use free and paid research sources to compile data and reports, with accompanying analysis, for specific markets, organizations, and / or individuals.
- 1-3 years of experience in a marketing or research role
- Demonstrated ability to be highly responsive and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail
- Clear, concise, and effective communications (verbal and written)
- Poise and able to focus under pressure; work independently and support department goals
- Active listener and facilitator of information
- Strong presentation skills
- MS Office experience
- CRM knowledge
- Associates degree, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing or related field
