Responsibilities :
As a Facilities Operations Support Professional, your role is critical to keep our offices running and allowing our teams to focus on delivering.
As part of our Real Estate Operations, you'll join our collaborative team providing our local offices with administrative tasks and working independently to achieve assignment outcomes.
We are looking for a passionate Facilities Support Professional who is driven by collaboration, exceeding expectations, and challenging the status quo.
You'll provide facility support in a variety of areas including performing advanced skills required to operate business equipment associated with mailroom and telephone / reception area, copy center, security systems and other related facilities tasks.
Typical duties include : serves as receptionist, prepares and processes mail and all shipping and receiving requests, orders kitchen / breakroom, printer and mailroom supplies, maintains kitchens / breakrooms, troubleshoots AV equipment in conference rooms, serves as an emergency responder, helps coordinate H&S program and requirements, responds to calls for facilities problems, vendor contact, health & safety and security, assist IT with hardware installations and other request and serves as backup to the Facilities Lead.
May perform tasks that are custodial in nature including those related to breakroom / kitchen maintenance. May require after hours work during a facilities project or emergency.

Qualifications :
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills
- Advanced knowledge of Windows environment
- Experience in customer-focused and administrative roles
- Ability to manage own workload with limited supervision
- Proven dependability and punctual attendance
- Previous Facilities experience
- Ability to perform physical activities including sitting for long periods, typing, bending, stooping, walking, pushing and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- AED, CPR and First Aid trained or ability and willingness to get trained
