Project Manager - Marketing

Key Responsibilities

As the Project Manager, you will :

• Collaborate with the Program Development team daily, supporting new program development through transition management and scheduling techniques.
• Lead project planning and implementation activities, including gathering requirements, identifying project teams, creating schedules, tracking progress, and reporting results.
• Work across multiple teams to ensure seamless integration of studio and marketing initiatives within the business.
• Develop partnerships with key stakeholders in Marketing, Creative, Strategy / Planning, Finance, and Technology to ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with business goals.
• Help shape the workflow for Marketing and GBI projects, partnering with Marketing Technology on tools and process development.

Requirement :

• 8+ years of experience in project management , strategy , or a related field.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Project Management , Marketing Operations , Photo , or a related field.
• Proven experience in portfolio management and delivering large-scale, cross-functional programs from strategy to execution.
• Expertise in using tools like Airtable and Excel to guide workflows and track project progress.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to challenge the status quo.
• A self-directed work ethic and a proven ability to thrive in ambiguous environments.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to build strong relationships and foster trust with cross-functional teams.
• A curiosity-driven mindset, with the ability to stay calm under pressure and navigate a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• PM certifications (PMP or equivalent).
• Experience with tools like Figma and Keynote .
• Background in photo production or studio environments .
