Ability to work in a diverse work environment, Must have working knowledge of Federal DOE Orders. Responsibilities : Review source data including engineering documents Work with Volume III Lead to develop estimating plan and handbook Identify scope of work areas that require subcontract support or specially engineered equipment, and work with Supply Chain to write specifications and obtain pricing Identify scope areas that require subject matter expertise, and work with Proposal Manager to identify appropriate SMEs Select appropriate estimate methodologies Oversee and review the work of estimators and Junior Estimators.
