Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance according to industry standards and company protocols.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and malfunctions in fixtures, pipes, and plumbing systems.
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair options and costs to clients and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of all service calls, including work performed, materials used, and time spent.
• Utilize plumbing tools, equipment, and technology to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and dispatch to ensure prompt and organized service delivery.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, codes, and regulations to ensure compliance and high-quality work.
• Identify opportunities for upselling or recommending plumbing upgrades and improvements to customers.
• Keep service vehicles and tools in proper working order and report any issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment and adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance plumbing skills and knowledge.
• Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and management to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.

Job requirements

• At Least 1 Yearof proven experience as a Plumbing Service Technician, demonstrating competence in plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance
• Proficiency in completing basic paperwork, including invoices, estimates, and service reports
• Self-motivated with a commitment to see all plumbing jobs through to completion, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards
• Flexibility in your schedule, including the willingness to work overtime when necessary to meet customer needs
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and coworkers
• Team player mentality, capable of collaborating and working harmoniously in a team-oriented environment
• Valid VA Drivers License and a clean DMV record to operate company vehicles safely
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
