Timeclock Coordinator
Group Management Services is looking to hire a full time Timeclock Coordinator with the ambition and goal to grow within the company.

What does the position of Timeclock Coordinator entail?
- Plan, organize and facilitate new client setup process and related appointment
- Communicate with clients on a regular basis during setup period regarding pending items to keep within the setup timeline
- Assist in the quoting process for all timeclock prospects
- Create training material for internal and external use
- Assist on the first several payrolls with the timekeeping information
- Assist sales team and client service team with TCP demo's

What are some Qualifications?
- Bachelor's Degree preferred; or equivalent combination of experience and education
- 2 years related office experience required; or equivalent combination of experience and education; customer service experienced preferred
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret financial reports and legal documents. Ability to interact effectively and present information in both writing and oral form with management, clients, staff, vendors, etc.
