Imagine using your welding expertise every day to bring the incredible projects that come to Racine, WI, to life. As a MIG Structural Specialist, you will transform blueprints into brawny reality. At the heart of our ambitious team, you'll collaborate in building monumental structures while refining your skills and embracing new challenges.

Core Duties

  • Masterfully execute MIG welding on structural elements, following specific blueprints and standards.
  • Rigorously evaluate welds to ensure they meet stringent quality and safety criteria.
  • Support your colleagues to finish projects effectively and efficiently.
  • Keep welding tools and machines in prime condition, always ready for work.
  • Adhere to and promote safety protocols in your daily routine.
  • Engage in ongoing training to continuously improve your welding proficiency.

What You Bring

  • Experience as an accomplished MIG welder in a structural environment.
  • Preferably holding certification in MIG welding techniques.
  • Knowledgeable in both welding methods and important safety practices.
  • Proficiency in interpreting blueprints and technical schematics.
  • Meticulous attention to precision and commitment to superior workmanship.
  • Effective communicator capable of thriving in a collaborative team setting.
