Exciting opportunity to work for a Real Estate Investment company located in Rosemont! Seeking an Office Support / Receptionist as the face of the company to greet and welcome visitors and callers.

This role is a critical position for the company with high visibility to stakeholders. Open and close office each day, assist callers, open and deliver mail, serve as point of contact for building maintenance, manage kitchen inventory and organize common areas.

Excellent benefits, Holiday pay and 3 weeks of vacation. Pays up to $50000 based on experience.

Job Duties :

  • Open and close the office daily, work 100% in office
  • Greet and assist visitors, escorting them to appropriate meeting rooms and providing beverages, storing coats and luggage, and any other general assistance as requested.
  • Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail, documents, and packages
  • Prepare outgoing mail / certified mail, packages, courier services, and faxes
  • Serve as company point of contact for building management, attending meetings and communicating relevant information as needed.
  • Distribute building updates and memos to the office.
  • Liaise with building management and / or use facility work order system for general office maintenance issues and needs.
  • Coordinate with building management for new employee access
  • Manage kitchen operations : maintain cleanliness and appearance of entire kitchen including tables, counters, and appliances;

stock kitchen supplies and food / beverage items daily Job Requirements :

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of previous office experience with receptionist duties
  • Demonstrated experience with MS Office applications (especially Outlook, Word, and Excel)

Professional and pleasant disposition, with exceptional customer service skills

Able to work onsite every day in Rosemont
