They are currently seeking a Benefits & Payroll Specialist to join their team.
As a Benefits & Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for managing employee benefits and payroll administration, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and supporting employees with benefits and compensation matters.

Focus :
- Administer employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Handle the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Serve as the main point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits, compensation, and payroll.
- Assist in the development and management of compensation models, ensuring market competitiveness.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including COBRA, HIPAA, ACA, and FMLA.
- Coordinate and facilitate open enrollment, benefit changes, and new hire benefits orientation.
- Process and manage payroll transactions, adjustments, and related reports.
- Maintain up-to-date employee records in HRIS and benefits systems.
- Generate payroll and benefits reports to support audits and compliance checks.
- Assist in developing and refining HR policies related to benefits and compensation.
Skill Set :
- Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in benefits administration, payroll processing, or compensation management.
- Professional certification in HR, Benefits, or Compensation (e.g., SHRM, CEBS, CPP) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of employee benefits, compensation structures, and retirement plans.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
- Familiarity with payroll software and HRIS systems; experience with Insert Specific HRIS / Payroll Software is a plus.
- Knowledge of compliance requirements such as COBRA, HIPAA, ACA, and FMLA.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support and guide employees effectively.
