Job Title : Building Facilities Program Manager
Job Description
Our client is searching for a project manager to work with a global real estate services company to service a high-profile retail client in the Seattle area.
This program involves managing a budget of $30 million and overseeing a team of project managers completing facility improvement projects nationwide.
The Program Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of the program, meeting deliverables, and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
Position Goals : - Oversee the entire Capex program, ensuring all projects are executed according to scope, budget, and timeline- Manage the $30 million budget, tracking expenses and ensuring proper allocation of funds- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather project requirements and create project plans- Conduct regular progress meetings and provide updates to the client and executive team- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services- Monitor project risks and issues, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions- Prepare and present reports on program status, including budget performance, schedule adherence, and project milestones- Conduct post-project evaluations to assess performance and identify areas for improvement
Hard Skills
- 3-5 Years experience in facilities project management
- Knowledge and understanding of facilities construction and construction scopes and verbiage
- Experience with budgeting, permitting, managing purchase orders, and managing a wide scope of projects

Work Site
This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Seattle, Washington and some days remote.
Work Environment
Hybrid - 3 Days / Week in Nordstrom headquarters - downtown.
