- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with clients, designers, and subcontractors to define project scope and objectives.
- Lead and motivate project teams, including site supervisors, laborers, and subcontractors.
- Oversee all aspects of project execution, ensuring work is completed according to design specifications and quality standards.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE NEEDED
