Description
We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Payroll Specialist in BOISE, Idaho, United States. In this role, you will be expected to handle a range of responsibilities related to payroll operations and accounting functions, contributing to our team's efficiency and accuracy.
Responsibilities
Utilize accounting software systems such as Ceridian and NetSuite to manage payroll functions.
Ensure high attention to detail in all tasks, including processing and recording transactions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge about accounting functions, applying this knowledge to daily operations.
Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, providing comprehensive responses and solutions.
Monitor customer accounts regularly, identifying any issues and taking appropriate action.
Contribute to the training of other team members, sharing knowledge and expertise.
Maintain a proactive attitude, identifying opportunities for improvement and taking initiative in implementing them.
Maintain accurate records of all customer credit applications, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accessible.
Requirements
Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential
Must be capable of managing various Accounting Functions
Experience with NetSuite is highly desirable
Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) is necessary
