About the Role :
Our Client is seeking an experienced Digital Account Manager to join our growing team. This role focuses on building and selling our client’s advertising solutions and leveraging proven conversion-driven and brand-building strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop proposals and provide deal evaluation, revisions, and follow-up in collaboration with sales professionals.
- Maintain and grow day-to-day business relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to drive additional revenue.
- Lead campaign kick-offs and performance discussions with clients.
- Provide technical guidance on campaign specifications and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Collaborate on Quarterly Business Reviews and Joint Business Partnerships.
- Ensure accountability and follow-through across teams.
- Partner closely with campaign management on activation, trafficking, and optimizations.
- Work with Measurement & Analytics to ensure accurate reporting and share actionable insights.
- Support monthly campaign billing and ensure accuracy.
- Mentor Senior Campaign Managers and junior associates.
Team Structure :
You will work within an immediate team consisting of a sales partner, campaign manager, Measurement Insights partner, and creative partners.
This core team collaborates to meet supplier / client business objectives and KPIs. You will also interact with broader cross-functional partners and Account Managers within the Food SBU and Our client.
Top 3 Skills Required :
- Media Plan Recommendations : Experience in developing media plans that align with client goals.
- Accountability : Strong follow-through and ability to ensure accountability across teams.
- Project Management : Detail-oriented approach to managing projects and strengthening supplier relationships.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Four-year college degree.
- Proven ability to manage day-to-day client relationships and collaborate with multifunctional teams.
- Familiarity with analytics, advertising data / tech, and DMP technologies.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative skills.
- Resourceful and adaptable in a fast-paced, large company environment.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple ad hoc requests and escalate issues when necessary.
- Strategic thinker capable of influencing supplier investments in Client media / advertising.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $48 to $53 / HR. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
