We are looking for a Property Administrator to join our team in the Real Estate & Property industry, based in Rancho Mirage, California.
This role involves supporting the operations of an apartment complex, providing administrative support, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Responsibilities :
- Greet potential renters and provide them with necessary information
- Prepare and assemble welcome packets for new renters
- Provide excellent customer service to renters and visitors
- Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and answering phones
- Create correspondence related to property management
- Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer applications
- Maintain accurate customer records and monitor customer accounts
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner
- Work effectively with different personality types
- Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Applicant must possess basic office skills
- Knowledge of the Real Estate & Property industry is advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required
- Strong administrative and organizational abilities are essential
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in a similar role within the Real Estate & Property industry would be beneficial
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
- High standard of ethics and professionalism in dealing with confidential information.
