We are looking for a Property Administrator to join our team in the Real Estate & Property industry, based in Rancho Mirage, California.

This role involves supporting the operations of an apartment complex, providing administrative support, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities :

  • Greet potential renters and provide them with necessary information
  • Prepare and assemble welcome packets for new renters
  • Provide excellent customer service to renters and visitors
  • Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and answering phones
  • Create correspondence related to property management
  • Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer applications
  • Maintain accurate customer records and monitor customer accounts
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner
  • Work effectively with different personality types
  • Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Applicant must possess basic office skills
  • Knowledge of the Real Estate & Property industry is advantageous
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required
  • Strong administrative and organizational abilities are essential
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in a similar role within the Real Estate & Property industry would be beneficial
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
  • High standard of ethics and professionalism in dealing with confidential information.
