The role is New York preferred but remote / hybrid is available (EST working hours)

About the role

As VP of Marketing, you will lead and execute a results-driven marketing strategy that directly impacts revenue growth and business success. Your key responsibilities include :

• Driving Business Growth : Ensure that marketing initiatives directly contribute to revenue and long-term success.
• Overseeing Brand Positioning & Demand Generation : Develop marketing initiatives that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and brand visibility.
• Data-Driven Strategy : Use performance analytics to track KPIs (pipeline growth, conversion rates, brand impact) and optimize marketing ROI.
• Cross-Functional Leadership : Align marketing efforts with company objectives, collaborating with sales, product, and creative teams.
• Multi-Channel Execution : Oversee content marketing, paid ads, SEO, email campaigns, events and social media engagement.
• Manage marketing budgets allocating resources effectively and optimizing spending strategies to achieve maximum ROI.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and shifts in consumer behavior and leverage AI to ensure marketing efforts remain innovative and effective.
• Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration : Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing and growth team.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure marketing efforts are seamlessly integrated with product updates and overall brand strategy.
