Position Components :
- Admissions Representative job candidate screenings.
- Will review all incoming candidate and resumes for all locations.
- Will conduct initial applicant phone screenings.
- Will set up in-person / zoom interviews for the Directors of Admissions (DOA).
- Will Initiate the Predictive Index as needed.
- Will actively seek out continuous feedback from DOAs regarding candidates to refine the selection process.
- Call / Interview observations.
- Will conduct call and interview observations on admissions team to identify strengths, opportunities, and compliance violations.
- Will provide feedback to Admissions Representatives and work with DOA on training opportunities.
- Will make institutional training recommendations to Director of Enrollment Training and Compliance based on observation outcomes
- Assist the Director of Enrollment Training and Compliance as needed with the creation and / or implementation of admissions trainings.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree required. Previous experience working in higher education as an admissions representative or trainer. Must be comfortable with technology and have excellent communication and presentation skills.
Must possess a collaborative work ethic and be able to prioritize and multi-task and demonstrate all at a high activity level.
In addition, the candidate must have the skills necessary to screen via phone, virtually, and in person. Must present a professional business appearance and be comfortable speaking to and training admissions representatives individually and in groups and can quickly develop rapport.
Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and demonstrate creative problem-solving skills.
Of time spent in each area is dependent upon business needs
