Position Responsibilities :
- Duties include but are not limited to recruitment of prospective student-athletes, student-athlete development, running of training sessions, film breakdown, and match preparation
- The assistant coach will also be responsible for working with athletics staff to support and uphold the philosophy, goals, and mission of both the university and the YU athletics program
- Attend practices and matches
Experience & Education Background :
- A minimum of two years of college, high school, or club coaching experience preferred
- Recruiting experience a plus
- Ability to work nights, and Sundays and maintain a flexible work schedule
Skills & Competencies :
- A commitment to learning NCAA Division III rules and regulations
- Demonstrated ability to establish good rapport and effective working relationships with student-athletes, coaches, staff and alumni
- A dedication and commitment to building a successful NCAA Division III women's tennis program
Salary Range : $2,000-$6000
