The Quality Data Specialist is responsible for supporting the Quality Management team with organization, communication, and administrative tasks, maintaining and monitoring contractual agreements.
Assists during the warranty claim, audit and new business acquirement processes, while focusing on timeliness, quality, and confidentiality.
- Provides general administrative support to the Quality team
- Provides support for Complaint Management : Assists in investigating and documenting customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution in compliance with aerospace industry standards.
- Supports in collecting, analyzing, and reporting quality data to identify trends, potential issues, and areas for improvement.
- Oversees the storage and handling of returned materials, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to quality standards.
- Prepares, reviews, and maintains quality control documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Participates in internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to aerospace quality standards (., AS9100).
- Assists in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
- Coordinates with : Business Unit Leaders, Molding Operators, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, SCM, the Customer Service team, customers, and vendors.
- Reviewing 1st article inspection documents
- Communicating with clients & internal teams to ensure documentation is up to date
Qualifications
- 2+ years of data quality experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, pivot tables and v-lookups
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Aerospace experience is highly preferred
- Software AS9100 experience is a plus
