They have approval from corporate for a 20 store build-out for Winston-Salem to Fayetteville and will break ground this year.

This fast-growing Quick-Serve restaurant group just purchased the Fayetteville and Raleigh market in addition to the info above.

They will be doubling in size over the next 3 years in NC and SC. They are currently seeking a strong Director to assist with their market build-out and then oversee all operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years District level experience in a regional or national Quick Service concept
• Highly motivated, self-directed and results-oriented, with the proven ability to solve complex problems
• Outstanding skills in leadership, interpersonal communication, and staff development
• Able to identify opportunity areas and create plans for action
• Proven track record in managing a budget and cost controls to optimize profits and ensure success

SALARY RANGE & BENEFITS

• $90,000-$120,000 + profit sharing and equity
