Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about delivering top-notch customer service? Flex Technology Group is looking for a motivated Lease Administrator to join our team and play a key role in managing leasing deals, from credit applications to lease funding.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Handle lease-related requests including approvals, buyouts, upgrades, and invoicing.
  • Process customer credit checks through third-party vendors.
  • Manage lease deals and compile funding packets for leasing companies.
  • Collaborate with leasing partners to resolve deal-related issues and ensure compliance.
  • Negotiate and facilitate lease transactions.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, management, and leasing partners.
  • Support other tasks and projects as needed.

Qualifications : Required :

Required :

  • Associate's degree (preferred) or 1 year of experience with equipment orders, lease funding, or similar experience.
  • Beginner to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook.
  • Strong customer service skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to manage workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

Preferred :

2+ years of experience in equipment orders, lease funding, or related fields.
