Job Description : We seek a skilled and motivated Financial Planner to join our team. As a Financial Planner, you will work closely with clients to understand their financial objectives and develop comprehensive strategies to help them reach their goals.

From retirement planning to investment management, you will provide expert guidance and support every step of the way. You must also be motivated to learn the ins and outs of cross-border financial planning.

This is a new position with a desired September 3, 2024 start date, but it could be sooner if necessary.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct thorough financial assessments for clients, including analyzing assets, liabilities, cash flow, and risk tolerance.
• Learn the particulars of cross-border financial planning, which we will train.
• Develop customized financial plans using our planning software tailored to clients' unique needs and objectives incorporating cross-border planning techniques.
• Implement investment strategies and recommend appropriate products and services to help clients achieve their financial goals.
• Monitor and review client portfolios regularly, making adjustments as necessary to ensure alignment with their evolving needs and market conditions.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, answering questions, addressing concerns, and proactively identifying opportunities for optimization.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in financial planning.

Requirements :

• Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation is required (Or ability to obtain within 6 months)
• At least five years of proven experience in financial planning, investment management, tax planning and wealth advisory services.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, investment vehicles, and tax strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Detail-oriented and analytical, with a focus on delivering high-quality, client-centric solutions.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
