Job Summary

We are in search of a highly proficient HR Recruiter with substantial experience in recruiting for specialized back office, support and sales job opportunities.

The successful candidate will possess a proven track record of sourcing and attracting top-tier talent, an in-depth understanding of the technology workforce market, and the capability to expedite the hiring process effectively.

You will identify and attract exceptional talent for the following positions :

• Human Resources Assistant
• Accounting Assistant
• Senior Recruiting Coordinators
• Marketing Assistant
• Account Executive
• Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, encompassing job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Develop and sustain a robust candidate pipeline through diverse sourcing strategies, including social media, job boards, networking, and headhunting.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to comprehend our staffing requirements and deliver strategic hiring solutions.
• Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments, including behavioral interviews.
• Negotiate job offers and oversee the hiring process to ensure a superior candidate experience.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR recruitment, with a focus on HR Backoffice, Support and Sales roles.
• Demonstrated experience in recruitment with the ability to hire across the US.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills with a comprehensive understanding of Linkedin, Dice, Monster and Indeed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects concurrently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Bullhorn is preferred.
• High level of professionalism and integrity.

Working Conditions :

This is a 3-6 month contract.

This is a remote position requiring availability during standard business hours Monday-Friday (8 : 30 AM - 5 : 30 PM Pacific Hours).

Preference will be given to candidates residing on the West Coast, especially in California.
