A company is looking for a Benefits Administrator to manage and support a comprehensive suite of benefits programs.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the Business Partner for assigned Business Units, handling benefits escalations and supportInterpret benefit policies and resolve issues for plan participants regarding various benefit programsMaintain compliance with federal and state regulations and conduct regular audits of benefits programsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business AdministrationMinimum of 7 years of professional experience in benefits administration for health and welfare and retirement plansKnowledge of ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, ADA, ACA, and HIPAA regulationsExperience with HRIS and Payroll systemsBenefits certification, e.g., CEBS or CBP, is preferred
