- Position : Full-time, Project Coordinator
- Location : Honolulu

- Schedule : Monday- Friday, from 6 or 7 am to 2 : 30 or 3 : 30 pm
- Pay : $25 $27 per hour, depending on experience

Job Duties :
- Provides advanced administrative support and assistance to the Project Management Team
- Prepare reports, manuals, agendas, correspondence, and memorandums as guided by general company practice;
- Coordinate details of departmental meetings and / or on and offsite conferences and events;
- Assist in meeting planning and preparation work needed, i.e., drafting agendas and broader communications;
- Schedules and attends meetings on behalf of executives, taking notes and recording minutes.
- Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of senior staff, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and / or distributes contents to appropriate staff.
- Prepare materials in final form from very rough and involved drafts which may utilize frequent use of technical terminology and which combines materials from several sources;
- Process expense reports, maintains administrative records, performs basic bookkeeping, and coordinates office supply ordering;
- Performs additional duties as assigned by other senior and executive management.
Job Requirements :
- High school diploma required, Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of related administrative or project coordination experience required. Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems.
- Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to learn new or updated software.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced environment and multiple competing priorities.
