A dynamic, fast-paced company seeking a dependable Project Coordinator to champion the organization and execution of interior / workspace projects.
As a key member of our Project Services Team, you'll collaborate closely with our sales and design teams on exciting new projects.
Your responsibilities will span various project coordination tasks, including :
- Product Pricing and Procurement : Ensuring we get the best value for our clients.
- Freight / Shipping Quotes & Coordination : Making sure everything arrives on time and in great condition.
- Delivery & Installation Quotes & Coordination : Ensuring smooth setup for our clients.
- Manufacturing Tracking : Keeping tabs on product production schedules.
- Logistics Planning & Implementation : Mapping out efficient project logistics.
- Risk Management : Identifying and mitigating potential project risks.
- Project Administration : Maintaining accurate project documentation, managing expenses, and being the go-to person for client inquiries and requests.
