Job Description and Duties

With the direction provided by the Staff Services Manager I, the incumbent will complete special project assignments and perform a wide variety of human resource services.

Specific duties will include, but may not be limited to the following :

  • Assist in the procurement and development of Cornerstones Performance module for the SCO’s Performance and Training Hub (PATH).
  • With guidance from management and lead, assist in designing performance based workflows for module integration. Develop, document and implement system security permissions.

Initiating system roll out timelines and other duties pertaining to agency wide launch of Performance module.

  • Assist in implementing strategy to collect, input, update, and maintain personnel data in internal SCO Systems.
  • Create reports and dashboards identifying historical data and forecasting results from applicable programs; analyze data and recommend talent management solutions for implementation.
  • Attend, setup and / or travel to various locations for meetings, research, training, etc., to share, present, or receive valuable information associated with PATH, training opportunities, and consultation services.
  • Develop and document of current business processes and procedures within the Human Resources office; develop and publish Human Resources information and memos SCO’s intranet.
  • Assist in the administration of HR systems, which may include PATH Learning module and the SCO Position and Employee System (SCOPES).
  • Prepare reports, policies, procedures and miscellaneous analytical assignments as requested by management.
  • Provide a broad range of consultative and analytical services to division coordinators, managers and employees regarding performance requirements.
  • Participate in Special Projects as assigned that may include subject-matter such as internal control development per program area, business cycling that covers objectives, regulatory authority, potential risks identification, and suggested mitigation development.
