You must be a team player and recognize the importance of this position to positive student outcomes.You will support that students are meeting defined daily goals, including hygiene, unit activities, education & therapy meetings.

You will confidently intervene during student crisis by using verbal de-escalation skills and other personal safety techniques that you will be trained in.
