Job Title : Accounts Receivable Specialist (Temporary to Hire)

Job Description :
LHH is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist for a prominent food and beverage client located in Vernon, CA.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chargebacks, collections, and cash applications. Experience working with big box retailers is a plus!
Key Responsibilities :
Manage chargebacks and ensure timely resolution.
Handle collections and follow up on outstanding invoices.
Process cash applications accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to resolve any discrepancies.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of all accounts receivable activities.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in accounts receivable, specifically in chargebacks, collections, and cash applications.
Experience working with big box retailers is highly desirable.
Industry experience in Food and Beverage, Manufacturing or Consumer Packaged Goods.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in relevant accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Pay Details : $24.00 to $28.00 per hour
