We are seeking 1 energetic and experienced after-school instructor to join our team! If you are looking for rewarding, fun part time work that helps students catch up and develop a love of learning, read on! Eager Enrichment provides you with all the supplies, training, and curriculum to help you create a welcoming learning environment and provide students with the tools they need to reach their full potential.
The ideal candidate is compassionate, creative, loves working with top of the line art mediums like Prismacolor, Faber-Castell & Sculpey Clay, plus has a passion for children!
This is part time, afternoon work. Classes run at an elementary school, after school, for one hour, once a day . If you are looking for more than 3 hours a week, this job is not for you.
Classes begin in October and go through May, with school holidays like Thanksgiving and Spring Break off. We're high profile, top quality, and prefer folks working on / with a college degree, 1-2+ years' experience working with children, and a love of art! Want to become a teacher in a school?
We have helped place 19 staff into full time teaching positions!

Our Avon Position
Eager Artists : Tuesdays, 3 : 40pm-4 : 40pm; Wednesdays 2 : 30pm-3 : 30pm; Thursdays 3 : 40pm-4 : 40pm
Qualifications :
- Previous experience teaching is preferred, but not required
- Understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Prior art experience or a strong love of art
- Must be available at 3 : 20pm Tuesdays and Thursdays; 2 : 30pm Wednesdays
Must be willing to do a background check, at our expense
