Job Description Summary :
At VIVACE, we're seeking a Marketing Assistant Manager to join our Brand Architect team. In this role, you will assist he B2B Marketing Manager in managing Vivace Brand and Category responsible for planning, developing, and implementing the overall company's B2B marketing strategy to strengthen sales performance and operate marketing events such as B2B trade shows.
Also responsible for analyzing historical sales data, market trends, and other relevant factors to develop accurate demand forecasts for products or services.

1. B2B Marketing
- Marketing Plan & Strategy : Assist in executing marketing plans for current and new products in markets as well as in developing marketing programs to promote products.
- Reporting & Management : Support present research results and recommendations to the upper management team to help their decision-making.
- Data Analysis : Support data collection and analysis for strategic market segments, related to current and potential customers, and competitors.
- Content Creation Planning & Execution : Assist in updating marketing content and sales supporting materials to ensure that the information is accurate, up to date, well organized, and easily accessible to existing and potential customers.
- Event Management : Assist in Coordinating and organizing B2B events such as trade show events and customer surveys. Arrange schedules for attendees and extend customer invitations.
- Post-event Follow-up and Evaluation : Conduct post-event follow-up with attendees, leads, and potential customers to gather feedback, address inquiries, and nurture relationships.
- Lead Generation : Assistant in implementing lead generation to the Sales team.
- Vendor & Agency Coordination : Contact vendors to prepare for marketing events.
- Promotional Tools Management : Prepare promotional materials to showcase products.
2. Demand Forecasting and Inventory Management
- Forecasting Models : Assist in developing and maintain demand forecasting models, utilizing statistical analysis, historical sales data, market trends, and inputs from sales and marketing teams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and insights for accurate forecasting.
- Inventory Management : Assist in Determining optimal inventory levels for various products or services based on demand forecasts and lead times.
- Demand planning : Support the B2B Marketing manager to create valuable insights regarding demand variability, anticipated promotions, and upcoming product launches that may impact the supply chain.
- Track Actual Sales Performance : Monitor and Track actual sales performance against forecasted demand and identify areas of improvement.
- Reporting : Generate and present regular reports on demand forecasting accuracy and key performance metrics to management.

The anticipated compensation range is
65,000.00 - 105,000.00 USD Annual
Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location.
The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
