Convene is looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join Convenes Sales team based in NYC. In this role, you will be responsible for growing the Convene brand, developing business relationships, & driving revenue across all properties in the Convene portfolio, in alignment with the company's growth strategy.
We are looking for someone who can effectively uncover new opportunities, engage with our clients, & build meaningful relationships.
The Senior Sales Executive will report to the Director of Sales.
What Youll Do :
- Maintain extensive knowledge of Convene products & locations while building the brand locally
- Conduct & coordinate thorough site inspections, virtual tours & demos, client appointments
- Discover new local meeting & event decision-makers, maintain & grow current & prospective clients & referral partners
- Rapidly respond to all client inquiries & other communication
- Generate, negotiate, & close agreements to client specifications while adhering to internal pricing guidelines
- Maintain thorough knowledge of competitive set & relationships with counterparts
- Attend trade shows, receptions, & informational sessions to prospect for new business
- Reach & exceed budgeted goals per month & year
What We Look For :
- 3-5+ years high volume Corporate Event & Meetings Sales experience in the NYC market
- Ability to work quickly & flexibly

Salary Min : $110k Salary Max : $120k
This role is also eligible for Convene's sales commission program.
