Who You Are
We are seeking an experienced and visionary VP of Sales to lead our sales organization and drive revenue growth. You are an experienced sales leader with a strong background in the SaaS industry.
You have a proven track record of driving significant revenue growth and scaling sales teams. You're a strategic thinker who excels at developing and executing go-to-market strategies, and you possess the leadership skills necessary to inspire and guide a high-performing sales team.
You thrive in competitive markets and have a deep understanding of the SaaS sales cycle, from customer acquisition to retention.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Experience :
- 10+ years of sales leadership experience, with a proven track record of success in the SaaS industry.
- Demonstrated experience in driving revenue growth and scaling sales teams.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce, with a solid understanding of CRM best practices and sales automation.
- Strong background in developing and executing go-to-market strategies in competitive environments.
- Skills :
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse sales team.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on achieving results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data analytics and sales automation tools, particularly Salesforce.
- Education :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
What You'll Do
- Leadership & Strategy :
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with Revver's business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of success and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the executive team to set company-wide goals and ensure sales strategies support these objectives.
- Identify and assess new market opportunities, customer segments, and strategic partnerships to expand Revver's market presence.
- Revenue Growth :
- Drive top-line revenue growth through new customer acquisition, upselling, and customer retention.
- Develop and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting of sales metrics.
- Oversee the development and execution of go-to-market plans, including pricing strategies, sales channels, and customer outreach programs.
- Identify and address barriers to revenue growth, including competitive threats, market dynamics, and operational inefficiencies.
- Customer Focus :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Collaborate with customer success and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from lead generation through to post-sale support.
- Implement and monitor customer feedback mechanisms to drive product and service improvements.
- Operational Excellence :
- Establish and maintain sales processes, tools, and technologies to drive efficiency and scalability.
- Monitor sales team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to ensure individual and team success.
- Manage the sales budget, including forecasting and expense management, to optimize ROI.
