Our territory managers work with independent retailers across multiple business channels including hardware, garden center and gift shops.

We currently have over 120+ Territory Managers in North America and are currently accepting new applications for our Northern Minnesota / Western Wisconsin territory and surrounding areas.

The successful Evergreen Territory Manager Is :

  • Adaptable and flexible! We launch new products 5 times a year!
  • Organized and works well autonomously, managing 100 + accounts while also adding to the current account base.
  • Able to grow and maintain strong relationships.
  • Someone who wants to follow a blueprint to success with our Territory Manager playbook, designed by our top and most successful Territory Sales Managers.
  • A sales leader who wants to control their income, with a salary, commission, and shipping bonus opportunities.
  • Proficient with social media platforms.
  • Proficient in basic Microsoft platforms (Excel, Word, One Drive).
