Join us as a seasoned Commercial Excellence Manager where you'll spearhead strategic initiatives in Sales Force Excellence, Business Intelligence, and Sales and Marketing Trainings.
In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in fortifying our commercial strategy and capabilities across the division.
With your diverse skill set and expertise, you'll drive business growth, elevate the performance of our sales and marketing teams, champion data-driven decision-making, boost sales force productivity, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
This role has no direct management responsibilities. However, this role requires indirect leadership of team members across multiple functions, levels, and sites.
This indirect leadership includes :
- Create analytics, track productivity, and analyze essential performance metrics to gauge the efficacy of commercial initiatives, pinpointing areas for enhancement and fostering ongoing improvement providing actionable insights and RCCM analysis delivering short and long-term growth targets.
- Strengthen and optimize the current commercial team framework, including the development and deployment of new tools to support commercial effectiveness.
- Proficient in conducting sales force capacity analysis and expansion, sales territory assessments, and effectively collaborating with marketing to design new and existing customer product campaigns.
- Conduct annual assessments and gather Voice of Customer feedback on training needs to continually enhance various training programs.
- Enhance Commercial effectiveness by collaborating on the development of training methodologies, frameworks, and educational materials, synthesizing Voice of Customer insights to drive cultural shifts.
- Review and optimize the sales funnel management process across all regions, leveraging experience in CRM tools and processes.
- Assess and propose enhancements to target-setting processes and incentive management programs in collaboration with regional leadership and GM's.

What You'll Bring
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field required.
- 6 years of relevant professional experience required.
What We Value
- MBA or advanced degree in a related discipline is preferred.
- Lean and / or six sigma certification is preferred, with experience leading kaizen events.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, adept at translating data into actionable insights.
- Skilled in visualizing and presenting data using tools like Excel and PowerBI.
- Strong level of business acumen and the ability to understand various business scenarios.
- Strong self-management skills including accountability, goal setting, self-motivation, and time management.Strong organizational skills with a process-oriented mindset
