Job Description

A cement manufacturing facility in Odessa, Texas has an opening for a Process Engineer. The role involves evaluating manufacturing processes and recommending improvements to optimize performance. The Process Engineer will lead audit teams to ensure effective results and collaborate with production workers, engineers, technologists, and technicians. The position also requires ongoing research and evaluation of equipment, processes, and techniques used in the cement industry and other sectors to determine performance benchmarks and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
• At least 18 months of experience and training in the cement industry
• Experience in rotary kiln manufacturing
• Knowledge of ISO 14000, NOMs
• Certification in physical testing in oil well cement
