Salary : $18 - $20 / Hour + Bonus
Cloud Contents is a leading disaster restoration company seeking for a new Customer Service Representative for our growing Communication Center Department.

Customer Service Representative will receive :

Customer Service Representative Requirements
- Must have prior customer service / dispatch / scheduling experience
- Must be able to multi-task
- Must be able to prioritize and problem solve
- Must be positive and energetic
- Must have computer and multi-line phone experience
- Must have strong desire to grow and learn
Customer Service Representative Requirements Main Responsibilities Include the Following :
- Answer and directing incoming calls
- Take new loss information
- Prioritize new losses
- Schedule service crew appointments as needed
- Appointment follow-up
- Perform basic office duties
- Follow full billing / collection process until money is collected
- Follow the mortgage process for billing structure on every job
- Call every customer with outstanding balance every week
- Meet / exceed criteria set for accounts with outstanding balance aged 90+ days
- Meet with Department Lead weekly or more often to discuss / plan collections issues
- File & appear in small claims court as needed
- Follow post court process
Job Type : Full-time
Days : Monday to Friday 8am to 4 : 30pm or until done
