Let us help you grow at work and discover what's next in your career, all while being a vital part of your community.*This job might be an outstanding fit if you : Have an Associate’s Degree in Accounting or Finance* Have 3+ years’ Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable experience* Are proficient in all Microsoft Office Applications* Enjoy providing outstanding customer service* Have 2+ years SAP experience (preferred)*What you will be doing : Processing vendor invoices, payments, & reconciling vendor statements in a timely manner.
- Ensuring payments are matched to invoices* Organizing and maintaining payable files associated with requisitions.* Communicating with vendors to obtain invoices & statements.
- Schedule and Pay : $20.00 per hour* Monday through Friday 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm* 3 to 6 month assignment*What happens next?
