Key Responsibilities : Support the end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice processing and vendor managementResearch and resolve invoice discrepancies while maintaining accurate documentationAssist with month-end close procedures and provide compliance reporting and audit supportRequired Qualifications : Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field with 0-2 years of accounts payable experience;
or an Associate's degree with a minimum of 3 years of experienceProven understanding of basic accounting principlesExperience with Netsuite and Rippling systemsSelf-starter with a solution-focused approach in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work independently and support team tasks outside of accounts payable
