job_description.job_card.job_descriptionLead network modernization across 7 facilities and 3 satellite offices Replace legacy Cisco systems with scalable, secure solutions Collaborate with Systems Engineers to align infrastructure with business goals Design and maintain networks across on-prem, cloud, and virtual environments Monitor performance, deploy patches, and mitigate threats Support VOIP, remote access, and Wi-Fi infrastructure Travel occasionally for on-site implementation and support 4+ years of network engineering experience in multi-site or enterprise environments Hands-on expertise with routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, NAT Experience transitioning away from Cisco platforms Strong communication and collaboration skills Bonus points for CCNA / CCNP, Azure, Meraki, and large enterprise experience Transformative Work : Lead network modernization across a large enterprise Collaborative Culture : Work with talented professionals who value innovation Growth Opportunities : Strong support for professional development and advancement Innovative Spirit : Embrace new technologies and creative problem-solving Base Salary Range : $65,000–$75,000 Quarterly Bonus Structure : Begins accruing from day one Minimum ROA bonus : 20% annually, paid quarterly Expected bonus : Up to 40% annually, based on performance Total Compensation Examples : $65K base + 20% bonus = $78K total comp $75K base + 40% bonus = $105K total comp Tuition Assistance : Available for you and / or your dependents Annual Stock Grant : Approximately $8,700 / year Profit Sharing and Retirement Match Health and Wellness Package Professional Development Support Collaborative Culture and Career Growth Mid-Senior level Full-time Information Technology Accounting
