Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Concierge role located in Weehawken, NJ. The Concierge will be responsible for providing concierge services, managing reservations, communicating effectively, handling receptionist duties, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Concierge Services and Customer Service skills
- Experience in managing reservations and receptionist duties
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience in hospitality or property management is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
