North American Recovery, a Utah based National Collection Agency is hiring!
Our company is growing at a rapid rate, and we are looking to hire several energetic individuals for our Collection Specialists position.
Ideal candidates will be self-motivated individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and love a challenging and rewarding job.
Collection Specialists are trained to use our proprietary innovative and unique skiptracing methods to locate consumers who have not paid their bills then find the best possible way to collect each account.

Do I need collections experience?
No! An understanding of third-party debt collections is a plus but is not required. We have successfully trained hundreds of collectors with no experience, and they’ve gone on to earn over $65,000 a year.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to move from a lower paying job as we will train the right person!
We tailor our training to the individual, so if you have a background in any of these industries or jobs, we will teach you what you need to know so you can start making over $45.
00 per hour : If you’ve done any job in billing, restaurants, receptionists, food service, retail, call centers, banking, teller, fast food, customer service, reservations, construction, warehouse work, hospitality, retail or any other entry level work or similar industry, we will give you all the training you need to become one of our top collectors!
What we offer :
- Daily cash bonuses
- Early leave incentives. Two tiers both allow collectors to leave as soon as goal is hit. Top tier allows collectors to leave early and be paid for the full day. : )
