Hybrid, - days onsite with additional days as needed
- The admin will be supporting a Vice Dean, so a bachelor’s degree is a plus to understand the lingo. In other words, the candidate would be more successful if they had advance language skills.
- Preferred prior experience in an academic setting or working with executives.
- The role has heavy calendaring so experience with calendaring and being organized is a plus.
- Project management experience is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities :
- Manage heavy scheduling with multiple stakeholders using Outlook.
- Prepare agendas for meetings and coordinate logistics.
- Create and maintain organizational charts.
- Develop visually engaging presentations using PowerPoint.
- Handle expense reporting, including submission of reimbursements.
- Track and manage budget expenditures.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
Skills Required : MUST HAVES
Clean-cut appearance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio).
- MUST HAVE Canva or similar tools for creating presentations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in a similar administrative role is a MUST HAVE!!
