What you’ll do : Understand customer's needs and provide customized solutions Build a book of business through prospecting, cold calling, and relationship-building Set and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly load / margin goals Generate your own leads using prospecting tools Stay current on market trends to offer best rates to customers Maintain high standards of customer service and carrier processes, with support from an Operations Specialist What you need : GED required;
college degree preferred but not essential Availability to work full-time, 100% in-office Microsoft Office Suite experience preferred Build and maintain relationships with people over the phone Self-motivated and dedicated team player with excellent communication skills Prior experience welcome but not required we provide training from the ground up!
