What you'll do as the Inside Sales Specialist :

  • Responsible for increasing membership
  • Utilize expertise to effectively assist prospects and members through the sales cycle to ensure they are recommending the best product for their needs
  • Meet and exceed sales goals
  • Ensure the best overall experience for our future members

What you'll bring to the Inside Sales Specialist role :

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1-3+ years of experience within Health Plan sales, broker relationship, or inside sales
  • Current Minnesota Health Insurance License or the ability to obtain within the first 90-days of employment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Inbound and outbound call experience
  • Clear understanding on compliance guidelines within the health insurance industry
  • Strong documentation and writing skills
  • Sales and prospecting skills
