Our client is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to play a pivotal role in shaping their HR landscape and driving our mission to deliver life-changing medicine to the public and hospitals across the nation.

Essential Functions :

  • Conduct bi-weekly orientation and onboarding, ensuring alignment with company values, and attracting top talent.
  • Support employee development initiatives by coordinating training programs and opportunities for skill enhancement.
  • Collaborate with and provide guidance to employees and managers and cross-functional teams on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related matters.
  • Implement performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback.
  • Lead employee engagement efforts by organizing events, surveys, and initiatives that promote a positive workplace.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and files, keeping abreast of compliance requirements and best practices.
  • Assist with Workers Compensation management.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and evolving HR regulations to ensure our practices remain current and effective.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.

Experience & Necessary Skills :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • years of proven experience in HR roles, with at least years in a Generalist capacity.
  • Solid understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Professional certifications, such as PHR or SHRM-CP, are highly desirable.
