LHH is partnering with a La Puente area client seeking a Compensation and Benefits Manager. This professional will lead their compensation and benefits programs.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of compensation and benefits strategies, experience in designing and implementing competitive compensation packages, and a strong ability to analyze market trends to ensure our offerings remain attractive and competitive.
The ideal candidate will also have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for creating impactful programs that support employee engagement and retention.
Responsibilities :
Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
Oversee the design, development, and administration of employee compensation programs, including base pay, incentives, and bonuses.
Conduct regular market analysis to ensure our compensation and benefits offerings remain competitive.
Lead the annual salary review process, including budgeting, benchmarking, and salary structure adjustments.
Partner with HR leadership to develop and implement comprehensive benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends, improvement opportunities, and risk areas.
Lead and develop a team of compensation and benefits professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and support.
Minimum Requirements / Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
7+ years of experience in compensation and benefits management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Pay Details : $80,000.00 to $105,000.00 per year
