We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Remote Travel Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for travel, and the ability to work independently.

As a Resort Travel Advisor you will be responsible for coordinating travel itineraries, managing bookings, and providing exceptional customer service to clients.

A Remote Travel Advisor is responsible for assisting clients with their travel plans, offering recommendations, booking trips, and ensuring an excellent travel experience all from a remote setting.

The role typically requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a deep knowledge of travel destinations, trends, and logistics.

Responsibilities :

  • Design and sell luxury travel experiences, including accommodations, flights, tours, and unique experiences.
  • Provide personalized travel advice and recommendations based on clients’ preferences.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Collaborate with luxury travel suppliers and vendors to create exclusive deals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new destinations, and luxury travel services.
  • Handle bookings, cancellations, and changes with attention to detail.
  • Ensure compliance with travel regulations and visa requirements.
  • Provide 24 / 7 support for clients during their travels, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience as a travel agent, preferably with a focus on luxury travel.
  • In-depth knowledge of popular luxury travel destinations, airlines, hotels, and tour operators.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in booking systems (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus) and travel planning tools.
  • Flexibility to work outside regular hours when necessary to meet client needs.

  • Booking : Arrange travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and other services.
  • Customer Support : Provide ongoing support before, during, and after travel, resolving any issues or concerns.
  • Sales & Upselling : Suggest additional services, upgrades, and luxury experiences to enhance the trip and increase sales.
  • Documentation : Handle travel documentation such as visas, travel insurance, and itineraries.
  • Budget Management : Offer cost-effective travel solutions while maximizing value for the client.
  • Market Trends : Stay up-to-date with industry trends, travel advisories, and promotions to provide timely and relevant advice.
  • CRM Maintenance : Use customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track client interactions and manage follow-ups.

Skills & Qualifications :

  • Travel Expertise : In-depth knowledge of travel destinations, airlines, and hospitality.
  • Sales Ability : Strong ability to sell and upsell travel services and luxury experiences.
  • Tech-Savvy : Familiarity with online booking systems, CRM software, and communication tools.
  • Customer Service : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for managing client relationships.
  • Detail-Oriented : Ability to handle multiple bookings and details accurately.
  • Problem-Solving : Adept at resolving travel issues and finding alternative solutions when necessary.
  • Flexibility : Ability to work across time zones and handle last-minute client requests.

Preferred Experience :

  • Previous experience in travel planning, tourism, or sales.
  • Certification from travel organizations (e.g., IATA, ASTA) is a plus.
