About the Role :
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to support our team. In this role, you will handle a variety of HR tasks, employee onboarding, payroll support, and benefits administration.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be passionate about fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Facilitate new hire onboarding, including preparing paperwork and conducting employee orientations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR files.
Support payroll processing, including collecting and verifying timesheets, ensuring accuracy of payroll data, and submitting payroll on time.
Assist employees with payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Handle benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and employee questions.
Assist with employee relations, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Help organize training programs and support employee development initiatives.
Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Contribute to special HR projects aimed at improving processes and workplace culture.
Qualifications :
1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role, with exposure to payroll processes.
Strong attention to detail, particularly in handling payroll and employee records.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive employee information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and experience with HR software and payroll systems.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
