Skilled with hand / power tools and jobsite equipment. Comfort reading and interpreting drawings and technical docs. Bonus : roofing experience. Team-first communicator who collaborates well. Physically prepared for lifting, standing, and varied site conditions. Be part of a close, local Beaver Dam crew. Join a culture centered on craftsmanship, safety, and mentorship.
